The majority of our classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of flexibility, size or level of fitness. We offer a variety of classes so that students can explore different methods and achieve a diverse knowledge of all the benefits yoga has to offer.
We also host regular specialty workshops and classes, descriptions for those can be found on our schedule.
New to yoga? You might enjoy Hatha, Mindful Flow, or Restorative!
A fusion of restorative stretches, yin postures & pranayama breathwork exercises for a practice focused on alignment, presence and release. Recommended props: blocks, strap or bath towel and blanket.
This class integrates yoga postures, mobility movements and corrective exercises targeting specific regions of the body to increase mobility and strength while supporting functional movement patterns in the body. Recommended props: blocks, strap or bath towel and blanket.
In a mixed Hatha class, postures are practiced slower to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Great for all body types!
There might be a little bit more breath work or pranayama in this Breathe & Restore class, and yet a heavy attention on Restorative Yoga poses to help you rest and renew your body.
All bodies are welcome for this all inclusive, modifiable Hatha yoga practice. Bring a friend who has never done yoga and/or practice with an expert. This is an all accessible class for everyone.
In Flow+, students can expect the sequences to work your body from every angle and challenge you in exhilarating advanced postures. This class is for students ready to take it the next level!
A Fire and Ice Flow will cool the body with calming poses, mantras & mudras. Breathing exercises help to warm the body while slowly building heat. The balance of hot and cold helps the student recognize areas in the body that have been frozen, stagnant, or inflamed. Recommended Props: blocks, strap or towel and something to keep you warm.
This class is open to anyone from the community that may not have ever tried yoga and wants to know more. The time spent together in a community class is heart to heart, and can be a profound experience for both our yoga teachers and the students that walk into the space.
